Shipping method

We ship via UPS — choose Ground, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, or Next Day Air at checkout. Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days of your order.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated by UPS in real time based on your address and what's in your cart — you'll see the exact cost before you pay, right at checkout.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States and to Canada. For anywhere else, give us a call and we'll see what's possible.

Questions about your order

Because larger systems (paging, break bell controllers) can ship freight rather than parcel, the fastest way to get an exact cost or delivery estimate is a quick call — we'll quote it before you check out, not after.
